Eliminating Stress Headache


What needs to be done when intense headache occurred every now and then? If it is caused by stress, you can do a personal remedy in eliminating it.


The obvious solution is to be free from stress. But when stress headache attacks it is difficult to relax during this situation.

You may try to avoid the source of stress or you may divert yourself to another thing but still it is not an effective way of eliminating headache.

To finally end the intense stress headache, you need time and a quite place for meditation. The best time for me to do this is after waking up from a long night sleep. It is because I am in a relaxed state, which there no need to do the steps for relaxation.

Concentration is a must.
As you are searching for possible causes of headache in your mind, there are other tasks or household chores inviting your attention. Do not allow yourself to worry with other things because your focus is important at this moment. Leave them behind especially if not urgent and not important. What is needed to be addressed as of the moment is the stress causing the headache.

At this point you may begin to identify one or two causes of your headache.

Balancing Yourself with an Intense Desire.
Intense desire is the common source of stress. It is not enough that you have the concept of separating yourself from from intense desire. Visualizing it is necessary. The rationale behind this is "how can you leave when you are not there?" Dwell in the circumstance of your intense desire. Be aware of it. Feel it. If it is a food taste it. What I mean is bring all the senses during visualization.

When everything is captured in the mind, gently leave your intense desire that causes the headache. Imagine yourself being free from the situation and you are relaxed. Enjoy the serenity of being stress-free self. As this happens you are noticing self healing and gradual self recovery. Enjoy the best in you. Spend some minutes to stay in a relaxing state. Remember you are doing this for your good health. And there is no substitute when you get sick. So give yourself time in doing this.

Understanding and Learning to Love Yourself.
Are you aware that stress is punishing your body? Maybe not at the first time but later on as the pain starts to become intense.

There maybe times that you tend to push yourself to the limit and unmindfully forgetting your health, which i did. Though situations pushes you to the limit but do not forget to give yourself a break. Relax and do meditative exercises as visualization.
