15-Minute Meditation for Energy Recovery and Healing After Waking Up from Lack of Sleep

There are few circumstances beyond control that make a person sleepless and restless. There is no enough food to energize a body when lack of sleep. But even then, a 15-minute meditation can help to "normalize" the stressed self a little bit .

How to do this? The basic idea is to "set free" two things:

First, setting free the congestion and tension in your stomach
Any tension hinders the normal blood circulation. Discharge your urine first because most probably your urinary bladder is full after the long night sleep. If you need to fart do it so to lighten the feeling in your stomach.

Second, set free your mind from any tension.
It is preferable for me to lie down because I have just woken up. Observe your thoughts. Deal with any negative or stressful thoughts by clearing them from your mind. You may visualize a "trash can" to place in all negative thoughts, like garbage. Or, if you want you may burn those garbage. As your mind is free from tension, your body will be relaxed and is ready for energy recovery and healing.

At this point, feel any body pain. Do not neglect any hint of pain. As you do this, always remember that you want to effect healing. Focusing on the body pain without the purpose of healing will not help my body to recover. Always bear in mind your intention and purpose is healing.

As you go along in the process of healing, your mind is aware of your purpose and intention and later on will function in auto-pilot. You can feel that you body is on the process of healing and recovery.

But as this progresses, other task in your mind tries to insert and snatches the process of healing. Never be tempted to abort and leave the ongoing said process. Remember you cannot do any task effectively without being healthy. Prioritize your health at this time. Prioritize your health when it asks for a rest and a healing session.
